The 10-inch touchscreen provides the display real estate for an engaging interface — the Flashopen training content library streams directly to the console, offering coached running sessions led by professional trainers, scenic virtual route running filmed in real outdoor locations, and structured training programs for beginner through advanced fitness levels. Zwift compatibility is provided through the Flashopen-to-Zwift API bridge, allowing the treadmill’s speed and incline data to drive a Zwift running avatar in real time — a feature that competitive and socially-motivated runners cite as one of the most powerful indoor training motivation tools available.
